Terms of Use

Hotmix Live is a free service for discovering and listening to online radio stations. The site lets you browse a catalogue of stations by genre, by country and by keyword, open a detailed station page, and listen to the audio streams broadcast directly by the stations themselves.

Access is free and does not require an account. Creating an administration account is restricted to the editorial team.

The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or completeness. Audio streams depend on each station's own infrastructure: their availability, quality and continuity of broadcast are outside the control of Hotmix Live.

Hotmix Live reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance, security reasons or to comply with applicable law.

Use of the site is personal and non-commercial. The following are prohibited without prior written authorisation:

1. capturing, re-encoding, redistributing or reselling any audio stream, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than personal listening;
2. any automated or bulk extraction of the station catalogue beyond normal browsing behaviour;
3. any attempt to breach, disrupt or misuse the service or the administration area;
4. any use of the site name, logo or visual identity without authorisation.

Hotmix Live reserves the right to block access to any user or network address that breaches these rules, without notice and without compensation.

Station descriptions come from public sources and from the stations themselves. Despite reasonable care,Hotmix Live cannot guarantee the permanent accuracy of this information, particularly the titles currently being broadcast.

Links to third-party sites are provided for information only. Hotmix Live exercises no control over them and declines any responsibility for their content or availability.

The site may display advertising spaces and sponsored links. Such content is clearly identified and remains the responsibility of the advertisers concerned. Clicking an advertisement or a sponsored link constitutes acceptance of that advertiser's own privacy policy.

The processing of your data for advertising purposes, including the setting of cookies by advertising networks, is conditional on your explicit consent, collected through the dedicated banner. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the Privacy settings link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Hotmix Live takes every reasonable step to keep the service available under good conditions, but cannot be held liable for interruption, degraded operation, inaccurate data, or the presence of a computer virus. You browse and use the information at your own risk.

Browsing the site is your responsibility, and you are responsible for using suitable hardware and a suitable connection.

These terms may be modified at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, whose last update date appears at the top of the document. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be submitted to an amicable settlement attempt. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
